Skaggs Company was built from the ground up to meet the specific needs of multiple industries, including military support, state department missions, major catastrophe support, major loss restoration, and others. Our companies frequently have the opportunity to deploy together to create efficiencies on missions where others can not.
2014
SKAGGS BUILDING SOLUTIONS (SBS)
Jarrod Skaggs incorporates Skaggs Building Solutions (SBS) as a one-stop shop for privatized military housing communities in Gulfport, MS. Over the past 7 years, Skaggs Building Solutions has become one of the largest and most financially stable military housing contractors in the U.S. with 7 dedicated military installations across 4 states.

SKAGGS HOLDINGS
Skaggs Holdings is the real estate arm for all Skaggs Companies. Its primary duty is to secure and maintain the family of Skaggs Company assets.

SKAGGS MISSION SUPPORT SPECIALIST (SMSS)
Skaggs Mission Support Specialist (SMSS) was founded to provide mission support services to the world’s toughest challenges.

SKAGGS RESTORATION SYSTEMS (SRS)
Skaggs Restoration Systems (SRS) is launched to provide property damage restoration work for our military communities. SRS was created to be a complete resource for our military partners.

Skaggs Mechanical | HVAC Services LLC (SMHS). A licensed provider for heating and air conditioning maintenance, new equipment sales, installation, and repairs for the residential and commercial markets.

Skaggs Development Group (SDG) is a privately held, diversified real estate acquisition and development firm whose principal competency lies within the repositioning and redevelopment of underutilized distressed or environmentally challenged properties.
